Focus on manufacturing spare parts for aging military systems and new technology applications in support of the Depart of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, and OEM defense contractors.

Establish opportunities for teaming and partnering in order to improve DoD weapon systems readiness, and substantially reduce the Total Cost of Ownership of weapon systems, while expanding existing businesses and attracting new businesses to North Carolina.

Leverage grants by the Golden LEAF Foundation, dues from Alliance members and other sources within the state to accomplish the mission.
